Like many healers, my path began with a deep longing to feel whole. My personal journey wasn’t easy, but it shaped me into the woman I am today — resilient, compassionate, and deeply connected to Spirit.

There was a time I struggled with shyness, uncertainty, and emotional wounds I couldn’t name. But something inside refused to stay small. I followed that inner voice through years of self-discovery, therapy, sacred practices, and spiritual awakening. From traditional counseling to drumming with elders, from shamanic work to sound healing, every step was divinely guided — each role preparing me for the next.

One message from Spirit that has stayed with me is: “Your suffering was not in vain.” Those words lit the way forward and led me into a career of supporting others — especially women in recovery — as they reclaimed their power, voice, and joy.

Everything I offer now is rooted in experience, training, and a deep honoring of your unique path. My work is here to help you remember who you are beneath the layers — whole, wise, and worthy of healing.
